Are you that guest-friendly jack-of-all-trades?

In this position, you and a small team will be responsible for welcoming our bungalow guests.
You will provide a warm welcome at check-in and help guests wherever possible to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

In addition to guest contact at the front desk, you also interact with guests by phone and e-mail. Besides guests, you also maintain contact with suppliers, other departments and the rental organisation.

Administrative challenges also await.
You make reservations, process payments, handle and process complaints (and compliments :) and ensure that everything around reservations of bungalows is processed properly.

From the reception, we also rent bicycles and operate the shop. We control the cleaning, direct the cleaning and technical service, and even help prepare the bungalows.
In short, a versatile job for a positive and ctive team player.

We are looking for a WEEKEND HELP and someone available for 24 to 32 hours.
The number of days is flexible and can be determined in consultation.
